Alexandra's bio

Alexandra Heilbron was the editor of The Avonlea Traditions Chronicle, a magazine for fans of L.M. Montgomery, for five years. In 2000, she won a writing award from the Prince Edward Island Museum and Heritage Foundation for her first book, The Lucy Maud Montgomery Album. Her articles have appeared in magazines such as Horse Canada, Horse & Country, TV Times, Macleans, Blaze, National Post TV, Canadian Wildlife and Kindred Spirits. Her photos have appeared in Horse & Country, Horse Canada, TV Times, Country Victorian Christmas, Gambler Magazine and Kindred Spirits, as well as in several books. Alexandra works full time at Tribute Publishing as an editor (Tribute, Kids Tribute, Teen Tribute, Campus Reel and En Primeur). In her spare time, she horseback rides and competes in hunter/jumper.
